Information
This policy explains how UXHUMANA processes information submitted through Bruno Spengler’s official website.
UX HUMANA, represented by Maxime DUVINAGE, 14 rue des Mésanges, 67870 Bischoffsheim, France, is the controller for the contact form. For questions or requests about your data: contact@uxhumana.fr.
The form collects your name, email address, message and any contact or project details you choose to provide. We use them to handle your enquiry and prepare our discussions. Required fields are marked; we cannot process the form without them.
Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other correspondence and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests in answering enquiries and securing the website. Maxime DUVINAGE receives the information for UXHUMANA and forwards it, where necessary for your enquiry, to Bruno Spengler or those handling it. Technical providers act only within their respective roles.
Enquiries are retained while being handled and for up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention. Technical antispam fingerprints are used within a 24-hour window and removed during form checks and daily maintenance.
A strictly necessary session cookie protects the form. It is not used for advertising. A short verification runs locally in your browser. Antispam checks use pseudonymised fingerprints of the IP address, email and message; their plain-text content is not stored in the verification database. The form loads no third-party captcha or advertising tool.
Depending on the legal basis and your circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. Contact maxime@uxhumana.fr and describe your request. Proof of identity is requested only when there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
